이번 신년회는 창원에 위치한 철판구이 전문점에서 진행되었으며, 돼지고기와 전복, 문어 등 다양한 메뉴가 준비되었습니다. 특히 현장에서 펼쳐진 철판구이 퍼포먼스는 신년회 분위기를 한층 더 활기 있게 만들어주었습니다.
업무 중에는 각자의 역할에 집중하며 책임감 있게 움직이지만, 함께하는 자리에서는 형식적인 관계를 넘어 편안하게 소통하는 분위기가 자연스럽게 이어졌습니다.
이처럼 서로를 응원하고 가까이 알아가는 시간은 오알에스코리아가 지향하는 따뜻하고 건강한 기업문화를 보여주었습니다.
ORSKOREA warmly started 2026 with a New Year gathering where employees came together to encourage one another and move forward in the same direction.
This year’s gathering was held at a teppanyaki-style restaurant in Changwon, featuring a variety of dishes including pork, abalone, and octopus. The live teppanyaki performance added even more energy and excitement to the atmosphere.
At work, ORSKOREA employees focus on their individual roles with responsibility. In moments like this, however, they are able to connect beyond formal workplace relationships and communicate in a more comfortable atmosphere.

지난 한 해 동안 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다해준 임직원의 노고에 감사한 마음을 전하고자 이번 설 선물은 취향에 따라 직접 선택할 수 있는 여섯 가지 옵션으로 마련되었습니다.
생활가전인 에어프라이어부터 프라이팬·웍 세트, 블루투스 스피커, 카놀라유·스팸 세트, 한과 세트, 와인까지 다양한 품목이 준비되어 만족도도 높았습니다. 앞으로도 오알에스코리아는 임직원들이 회사 안에서 존중받고 함께 성장할 수 있는 문화를 만들어가겠습니다.
After starting the new year together through its New Year gathering, ORSKOREA also prepared Lunar New Year gifts for its employees ahead of the holiday.
To express appreciation for the hard work and dedication of all employees in their respective roles over the past year, this year’s Lunar New Year gifts were prepared in six different options so that each employee could choose according to their own preferences.
The options included a variety of items, from practical home appliances such as air fryers to frying pan and wok sets, Bluetooth speakers, canola oil and Spam gift sets, traditional Korean sweets, and wine. The wide range of choices received positive feedback from employees.
ORSKOREA will continue to build a workplace culture where employees feel respected and can grow together within the company.
