On May 19–20, ORSKOREA participated in the 2025 Global Talent Fair, held at COEX in Seoul. As Korea’s largest and most inclusive global recruitment platform, this year’s event welcomed over 15,000 international and domestic students and more than 250 companies. Many of the visitors of had said one sentence in common:
“I never imagined manufacturing sector could be this interesting! How can I apply?”
2025년 5월 19일부터 20일까지, 오알에스코리아는 서울 코엑스에서 열린 2025 글로벌 탤런트 페어에 참가했습니다. 이 행사는 한국 최대 규모이자 가장 포괄적인 글로벌 채용 플랫폼으로, 올해는 국내외 학생 15,000명 이상과 250개 이상의 기업이 참여했습니다. 당사 현장을 찾아주신 많은 구직자들이 공통적으로 남긴 한 마디가 있었습니다:
“제조업이 이렇게 흥미로운 분야일 줄은 상상도 못했어요! 입사지원을 어디서 받으세요?”

During the two-day fair, our booth engaged a diverse group of students from academic fields such as engineering, international business, marketing, and supply chain management. What stood out was the level of preparedness: many students arrived not only with resumes, but with a clear understanding of ORSKOREA’s technologies and enthusiasm for contributing to ORSKOREA’s global expansion.
“Events like the Global Talent Fair are one of the rare chances to meet such a diverse pool of talented international students in a single setting,”
said Branch Manager at ORSKOREA's Seoul Office.
“We were pleasantly surprised by the strong turnout and the level of preparation from students—so much so that we ended up extending our interview schedule to meet with more applicants than we had initially planned. We had initially planned to interview 20 students during the fair but ended up interviewing over 45.”
이틀 동안 진행된 박람회 기간 동안, 당사 부스에는 엔지니어링, 국제경영, 마케팅, 공급망 관리 등 다양한 전공의 학생들이 방문했습니다. 특히 인상적이었던 점은 학생들의 철저한 준비성과 오알에스코리아의 기술에 대한 깊은 이해, 그리고 글로벌 성장에 기여하고자 하는 열정이었습니다.
오알에스코리아 서울 지사장은 다음과 같이 전했습니다. “글로벌 탤런트 페어와 같은 행사는 다양한 역량을 갖춘 국제 인재들을 한 자리에서 만날 수 있는 드문 기회입니다.
예상보다 훨씬 많은 학생들의 참여와 철저한 준비에 깊은 인상을 받았으며, 더 많은 인재들과 면담하기 위해 인터뷰 일정을 확대하게 되었습니다. 처음에는 박람회 동안 학생 20 명을 인터뷰할 예정이었지만, 결국 45명 이상을 인터뷰하게 되었습니다.”
