At the end of the year, both our Changwon headquarters and Seoul branch held their own year-end gatherings, creating meaningful moments to wrap up 2024 and share aspirations for the new year. 2024년 한 해가 어느덧 저물고, 새해가 밝았습니다. 지난 한 해동안 오알에스코리아 팀은 다양한 프로젝트와 목표를 이루며 성과를 이루기도 했지만, 세계 사회 전체적으로는 좋은 일도 많았지만 슬픈 소식도 많았던 해였기 때문에 더욱 마음을 다잡고 2025년을 준비하게 됩니다.
24년 연말, 오알에스코리아 창원 본사와 서울 지사는 각자의 자리에서 송년회를 열고 한 해를 마무리하며, 모두가 새해를 향한 다짐을 함께 나누는 시간을 가졌습니다. 오알에스코리아가 함께한 송년회를 공유하기 전, 우리가 2024년 한 해동안 걸어온 길과 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대해 얘기를 해보도록 하겠습니다.

This spring, our journey began at the ACMA Global EV Summit in India, where we engaged in discussions about the rapidly growing bearing market. Following this, we participated in Hannover Messe and GrindingHub in Germany, meeting with industry leaders and showcasing our latest technologies.
As the cherry blossoms faded, we returned from our first exhibition in Malaysia, marking another significant milestone. In addition, we conducted large-scale test runs at our headquarters, further solidifying our commitment to delivering the highest value in customer satisfaction.

☀️ During the Summer
During the summer, we remained relentlessly focused on global networking efforts, seizing every opportunity to expand our reach. Our journey began with a visit to Slovakia and Central Europe, where we confidently presented our solutions and explored new business opportunities.
We then embarked on an Asia tour starting in Taiwan, further strengthening trust with our partners across the region. Back at our Changwon headquarters, we welcomed grinding experts from the U.S., engaging in passionate discussions to foster deeper collaboration.
Additionally, we held meetings with companies from the Czech Republic, Türkiye, and China, laying a solid foundation for further expansion into global markets and opening new doors for ORSKOREA’s continued growth.
여름엔, 글로벌 네트워킹을 위한 노력으로 식을 틈이 없었습니다. 먼저 슬로바키아와 중부 유럽을 방문해 자신있게 솔루션을 소개하며 새로운 기회를 모색했습니다.
대만에서 시작한 아시아 순회로 협력사간의 신뢰를 공고히 했으며, 미국의 연삭 전문가들을 창원 본사에 초청하여 열띤 논의로 협력을 도모했습니다. 뿐만 아니라 체코, 튀르키예, 중국 등 세계의 크고 작은 기업과의 회의으로 해외 시장 진출의 기반을 다졌습니다.

As autumn leaves began to turn, we proudly made our second appearance at IMTS, one of the world’s largest manufacturing events. At this global celebration of the manufacturing industry, ORSKOREA confidently showcased Korean technology to a global audience, securing valuable partnerships along the way.
Upon returning to Korea, we continued to strengthen our domestic network through local exhibitions while exploring new opportunities in the ASEAN market with a factory visit to Indonesia. Finally, our participation in the MAKTEK exhibition in Türkiye further deepened ORSKOREA’s roots in the region, solidifying our presence in the global manufacturing landscape.
어느덧 단풍이 들자, 세계 최대 제조업 행사 중 하나인 IMTS에 두 번째 출사표를 냈습니다. 세계인의 제조업 축제에서 당당히 한국의 기술을 선보이며 귀중한 파트너들을 확보했습니다.

We made another visit to Türkiye, further strengthening trust through customized on-site test runs. This visit went beyond merely fulfilling contractual obligations — it demonstrated our genuine commitment to listening to our customers’ needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Shortly after, we connected with our partners in the Americas, sharing insights into the North American market and exploring opportunities for mutual growth. With these meaningful engagements, we closed out the year, filled with high hopes and anticipation for what 2025 holds.

창원본사 : 삼겹살 먹다가 불쇼까지?
On December 30, the entire team at Changwon HQ gathered for a year-end party. It was a meaningful occasion to reflect on the projects and achievements accomplished throughout the year, celebrating the hard work and teamwork that led to those successes.
The party kicked off with one of the employees' all-time favorite menus — a grilled samgyeopsal feast!
창원 본사에서는 지난 12월 30일, 전 직원이 한 자리에 모여 송년회를 진행했습니다. 한 해 동안 함께했던 프로젝트와 성과를 되돌아보며, 직원들이 각자의 노력과 팀워크로 이뤄낸 결실을 축하하기도 했는데요.
메뉴는 바로 직원들이 가장 좋아하는 메뉴 중 하나 인 삼겹살 파티로 시작했습니다.
At Choa Susan in Changwon, employees enjoyed grilled samgyeopsal and seafood, accompanied by an impressive fire show right in front of their eyes!
Every time the meat sizzled on the grill, the chef put on a spectacular fire show, sending flames into the air. Employees couldn't help but gasp in awe and burst into laughter together at the impressive display.
In particular, the Changwon HQ team took time to reflect on the year 2024 while enjoying their meal, expressing gratitude to one another for their efforts throughout the year. As they grilled the samgyeopsal together, they strengthened their teamwork and shared a heartwarming moment to appreciate each other’s hard work.
창원의 초아수산에서 삼겹살과 해산물을 구우면 눈 앞에 펼쳐지는 불쇼를 관람할 수 있었는데요!
고기가 익을 때마다 셰프님이 화려한 불길을 피워 올리며 불쇼를 보여줬고, 직원들은 탄성을 지르며 다 함께 웃음을 터뜨렸습니다.
특히, 본사 직원들은 삼겹살을 먹으며 2024년 한 해를 돌아보고 서로 감사의 인사를 나누는 시간을 가졌습니다. 다 같이 고기를 구우며 팀워크를 다지고, 한 해의 수고를 격려하는 따뜻한 자리였죠.

Seoul Branch: Gift Exchange – Practical vs. Fun!
서울지사: 선물 교환회, 실용 VS 재미!

The year-end party at the Seoul branch featured a gift exchange with a budget limit of 10,000 KRW. However, it wasn’t just a simple exchange! The mix of practical gifts and completely useless(?) gifts led to unexpected moments of laughter.
Some employees prepared practical gifts such as perfume bottles, blankets, and fabric sprays, which were well-received. But… the real fun began when some unexpected gifts made their appearance!
🎁 When a bold "Are you T?" t-shirt and a hamburger-shaped notebook made their way into the exchange, the recipients were completely baffled — yet couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
The gift exchange brought unexpected joy and laughter, and employees were able to shake off the year’s fatigue as they watched each other’s reactions with smiles and laughter.
서울 지사의 송년회는 만원 이내의 선물 교환회로 진행되었습니다. 하지만 단순한 선물 교환이 아니었죠! 실용적인 선물과 쓸모없는(?) 선물이 섞이며 예상치 못한 웃음이 터졌습니다.
어떤 직원은 향수 공병, 담요, 섬유 향수 같은 쓸모 있는 선물을 준비해 큰 호응을 받았지만… 문제는 의외의 선물들이 등장하면서부터였습니다.
🎁 “너 T야?”라고 적힌 과감한 문구의 티셔츠와 햄버거 모양 수첩이 등장하자, 받은 직원들은 어이없어 하면서도 웃음을 참지 못했습니다.
