To address this, the industry is adopting Low-Carbon Bridge Technology and Hydrogen Reduction Steelmaking (HyREX) to establish a carbon reduction roadmap.

LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is a methodology for assessing carbon emissions across the entire lifecycle of a product. In the case of automobiles, the lifecycle is divided into pre-manufacturing (materials, parts), manufacturing, usage, and disposal phases. For materials and parts, emissions are calculated for the pre-manufacturing stage (including transportation) and the manufacturing stage.
