VISHAL BEARINGS is an Indian manufacturer specializing in bearing rollers, including taper rollers, cylindrical rollers, and spherical rollers, supplying bearing manufacturers and OEMs in India as well as overseas markets.

VISHAL BEARINGS visited ORSKOREA to explore the development direction for a next-generation face grinding machine for taper roller production, sharing its production requirements and manufacturing experience. During the meeting, both companies discussed the taper roller production process and the technical direction for the new machine.

VISHAL BEARINGS는 테이퍼 롤러 생산을 위한 차세대 단면 연삭기 개발 방향을 검토하기 위해 오알에스코리아를 방문해 실제 생산 요구사항과 제조 경험을 공유했습니다. 이번 미팅에서 양사는 테이퍼 롤러 생산 공정과 이에 적합한 장비의 기술 개발 방향을 함께 논의했습니다.

In tapered roller bearings, the large end face of the roller contacts the guide flange and plays an important role in guiding the roller during operation. For this reason, the geometry and surface condition of the roller end face are important for maintaining stable contact and lubrication between the roller and flange.

Taper roller face grinding therefore requires not only precise control of geometry and surface quality, but also the productivity needed for consistent bearing roller production.

Considering these process characteristics, ORSKOREA and VISHAL BEARINGS discussed the development direction for a new Taper Roller Face Grinding Machine, with a focus on productivity, precision, and process stability.

테이퍼 롤러 베어링에서는 롤러의 큰 단면이 가이드 플랜지와 접촉하며, 운전 중 롤러를 안정적으로 안내하는 역할을 합니다. 따라서 롤러 단면의 형상과 표면 상태는 롤러와 플랜지 사이의 안정적인 접촉과 윤활 상태를 유지하는 데 중요한 요소입니다.

이 때문에 테이퍼 롤러 단면 연삭에서는 요구되는 형상과 표면 품질을 안정적으로 구현하는 것은 물론, 베어링 롤러 생산에 필요한 생산성까지 함께 고려해야 합니다.

이러한 공정의 특성을 고려해, 오알에스코리아와 VISHAL BEARINGS는 생산성, 정밀도, 공정 안정성을 함께 고려한 새로운 테이퍼 롤러 단면 연삭기의 개발 방향을 논의했습니다.

This meeting marked an important starting point for ORSKOREA and VISHAL BEARINGS to further develop their collaboration on a next-generation Taper Roller Face Grinding Machine. Following the discussions in Korea, both companies will continue reviewing the technical requirements and overall development direction of the machine.

ORSKOREA also plans to visit VISHAL BEARINGS’ production facility in India to review the actual manufacturing process, production environment, and machine operating conditions firsthand. Based on the findings from the site, both companies will further discuss the machine configuration, required functions, detailed specifications, and development priorities for VISHAL BEARINGS’ production line.
