3️⃣ Contract Agreement: Clarifying mutual responsibilities

Written contracts formalize the agreement by clearly defining responsibilities through 8 key conditions, including quality, quantity, and shipping terms.

This step minimizes risks and ensures both parties are aligned. Trade and manufacturing are closely linked at this stage, as clearly defined contracts enhance operational efficiency. Thoroughly review and document all potential risks when drafting contracts.

세 번째 단계, 계약 체결 | 서면 계약을 통해 양측의 책임을 확정

서면 계약은 양측의 권리와 책임을 명확히 하는 단계입니다. 품질조건, 수량조건, 선적조건 등 8대 조건이 명기되며, 계약서 작성 시 발생할 수 있는 모든 리스크를 최소화하는 것이 중요합니다.

명확히 정의된 계약은 운영 효율성을 향상시키기 때문에 무역과 제조업은 이 단계에서 긴밀하게 연결되어 있습니다. 계약서를 작성할 때 모든 잠재적인 위험을 철저하게 검토하고 문서화해야 합니다.

The Letter of Credit (L/C) is considered the safest payment method in international trade, while Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) and Collection Methods (D/P, D/A) are alternatives depending on the level of trust between the parties. Selecting the appropriate payment method for each trade scenario ensures both security and efficiency.
