During the visit, ORSKOREA reviewed the overall production flow, workpiece handling methods, machine operating conditions, and maintenance requirements related to roller manufacturing. By observing the actual production line, ORSKOREA was able to identify the process conditions that should be considered when discussing double-disc grinding machines and technical support.

Following ORSKOREA’s visit to China, representatives from Ningbo Hyatt Roller visited ORSKOREA’s Changwon factory for additional technical meetings and a tour of the production facilities.

During the factory tour, the visitors reviewed ORSKOREA’s grinding machines, spindle technologies, and production capabilities. The technical meetings then covered practical topics related to double-disc grinding, including machining accuracy, end-face runout control, production requirements, equipment operation, and maintenance considerations. Through these discussions, both companies further strengthened their understanding of the manufacturing conditions and technical requirements necessary for stable, high-precision roller production.

Through the reciprocal visits and technical discussions, both companies established a shared understanding of the key technical considerations that should guide future cooperation. Rather than focusing solely on individual machine specifications, the discussions expanded to consider machining performance, operational stability, ease of maintenance, and long-term technical support together.

For precision grinding equipment, it is important not only to achieve the required performance at the time of installation but also to maintain stable machining conditions throughout the equipment lifecycle. Changes in spindle condition, vibration, thermal stability, and machine accuracy can directly affect machining results and production continuity. Maintenance, overhaul, and retrofit capabilities therefore play an important role beyond equipment restoration by helping preserve process reliability and enhance the long-term value of production assets.
