단순한 강연이나 기업 소개를 넘어, 경남 청년과 지역 기업이 직접 이야기를 나누며 서로를 이해할 수 있는 교류의 장이 마련됐다는 점에서 의미가 있었습니다. 취업을 준비하는 청년들에게 이러한 교류는 일반적인 채용 정보만으로는 알기 어려운 산업과 직무, 실제 근무 환경을 보다 현실적으로 이해할 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있습니다.
